| Shipping and handling |
Postage will be added automatically when applicable. Our standard charge is £3.50 per order for UK residents, and £10 for overseas customers. We send all UK orders by first class Royal Mail - please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
We use first class post as standard but on heavier parcels we may send using standard parcel service.
Overseas shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout, at a minimum of £6.00 for EU and £10.00 for rest of the world. All EU and overseas orders are dispatched by airmail small packet rate - please allow 5-10 days for delivery. |

| Delivery schedule |
| We will try our best to send orders out within 48 hours of receiving the order, however we are a small, family-run business and occasionally we may not manage to achieve this. |

| Back orders |
| We strive to maintain all our items in stock (unlike some stores). However, if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

VAT is charged at 17.5% unless the product has a zero-tax rating. All costs shown on this website include VAT where applicable. |

| Returns policy |
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason an exchange or full refund will be made as long as the product is returned, unused, within 28 days.- Faulty goods will be replaced or the cost refunded as requested
- Baby Kaboosh Ltd's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Baby Kaboosh Ltd to the customer
- Baby Kaboosh Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way
- Baby Kaboosh Ltd cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on this website and/or on the accompanying packaging of the product
Because you are buying the goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:- You must tell us you wish to cancel within seven days of your receipt of the goods
- The goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition – securely wrapped and including our delivery slip – at your risk and cost
- After we have received the goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt
- If you do not return the goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost
We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do our costs will be payable by you.
